Reservation & Puppy Selection Process

Waitlist: Our Waitlist list is open to our current and future planned litters. We require a $500.00 non-refundable reservation fee to be on our Waitlist. If you are choosing an available puppy, we require a $500.00 non-refundable reservation fee. The reservation fee is part of your total puppy price and will be deducted from the balance owing.

Steps to reserve and select your puppy:

1. Contact Corine by phone or text at 780-233-4608, email cjmpuppies@gmail.com or use the “Contact Us” Page on this site.
2. We will have a conversation to answer any questions you may have and I get to know the family our puppies will go home with.
3. Fill out our Application when you are ready to reserve your spot on our Waitlist or Reserve an available puppy.
4. Etransfer your $500 non refundable reservation fee to cjmpuppies@gmail.com
5. You will receive a receipt, your position on our Reservation List and our Initial Puppy Package.
6. You will receive updates on pregnancy confirmation, puppy count x-rays and delivery.
7. You will be able to follow the litter daily from day 1 on all our social media platforms. You will receive updated puppy pictures of the litter every week.
8. You will receive a schedule for the litters Vet Health Check and Immunizations, Temperament Testing, Puppy Selection and Puppy go home dates.
9. I will send you an individual video of each puppies Temperament Testing and report Card to review before puppy selection
10. We will schedule puppy selection using video chat or in person with the puppies available to you and we will reveiw the testing results, answer any questions you have about the puppies you are choosing from. You will then make your selection. We will discuss puppy go home days and flights if required.
11. I will then email you our contract filled out for signing, set up your insurance and then payment of the remaining balance is due on pickup or delivery. If the puppy is flying, payment is due the evening before the flight.

 

Puppy Selection: Temperament testing is completed between days 49 to 52 for the most accurate results. Each family on our list will receive an email with scorecards and a link to each puppies testing video. We schedule a time for each family to come in person or video chat with the puppies after they have had a chance to review the results. Puppy selection will start at the top of the list and go down. We strive to make sure the puppies going home match the temperament requirements of their families. Our families can then make an educated decision which puppy will be the best match for their new family member. CJM Puppies reserves the top spot on each Goldendoodle litter.

Price & Payment Information: Our current prices: Schnoodle Puppies $2000, Standard Goldendoodle $2500, Moyen Goldendoodle $2800 plus GST. Deposits are taken off the price of the puppy. We accept payment by E-transfer (Preferred) or Cash. We do not accept Credit Cards, Paypal payments, cheques or drafts. The remaining balance is due when puppies are picked up or delivered. Puppies that are flying are required to pay the balance owing the evening prior to the flight.

When can puppies go home: We have their first shots and Vet Health Check done around 7 weeks. Puppies may start going home between 8 & 9 weeks old. We will discuss dates and times during our video chat at puppy selection.

Non Breeding Contract & Health Guarantee: CJM sells their puppies on a strict non-breeding contract that needs to be signed prior to receiving your puppy. Our contract is available for viewing at any time. We breed strictly family pets. Breeding rights would be an additional charge that would have to be agreed upon before purchase.

When you pick up your puppy or arrange for delivery, we will provide you with the following:

 

• Two Year Genetic Health Guarantee
• Registration with GANA – Goldendoodle Association of North America
• Microchip
• Trupanion trial of pet insurance
• Vet Health Check, first vaccinations, and multiple deworm with Strongid T
• Puppy pack with Vet recommended puppy food, blanket smelling of the litter, collar, toys
• Information, training and socialization packages to help with the transition to their new home
• Lifetime breeder support, we are always available to help!
